Your book From Reactive Living to Proactive Living emphasizes positivity, goal setting, and self-love. What personal experiences inspired you to write this book, and how did they shape your views on success and personal growth?

I was born a genius, as such proactiveness was my natural feature. Then in 2010, I dropped out doing Bcom Economics and Econometrics. immediately after a failure, i broke down and became reactive to life. I stopped focusing on goals and implementing them.My life went from worse to horribly worse.

One day I sat down and decided to put my life as my priority .It was 2013 ,where I decided to Set new Goals, implementation plans and milestone targets . In 2013 , I was awarded a tender of R 1,1 Million. That encouraged me to plan more, in 2015 , I enrolled in BEDfet in Accounting and Economics and completed.  After this experience I decided to write this book. It was based on self observation and will-change of what I have seen in my Life by planning. At the moment I hold a patent for Water generator Engine. Planning actively can bring success

As someone who has transitioned from education into entrepreneurship, how do you believe your background in teaching has influenced your approach to business and personal development?

Teaching has made me understand behaviour of all generations of people , but most focused on young Age, it gave me background on Sociology ,which helps me a lot in moving out of my introvertic living. Classroom management has helped me to understand and control my workforce effectively. teaching has also helped me that technology and knowledge changes over time, and one must continuously keep on updating himself with new information.

You founded two companies, Zebu Properties and Mutendwahothe Properties, at a young age. What were some of the biggest challenges you faced as an entrepreneur, and how did you overcome them?

The biggest challenge I have faced was raising capital and convincing people to do business with you. At a young age ,no one takes you seriously, they always assume that you are a ameture and you have no knowledge.

Your book is aimed at helping readers focus on their goals and develop confidence. What advice would you give to someone who feels stuck in a reactive mindset and wants to shift toward a more proactive approach to life?

It is simple ,they must understand that dream + implementation =Success.. You must have a dream and must also come with a plan to implement it and set the completion date of the plan. Even if by the completion date you are not done, you will be half way to success. you must have short term targets, Medium term targets and long term targets.

You mentioned that you love teaching, mentoring, and coaching. How do you incorporate these passions into your daily life, and how do they align with your entrepreneurial endeavors?

I always aim to inspire people around me wherever i am. let it be in my organisation or with friends, i spread change and help people not to give up by planting hope in their life.

Given your dedication to positivity and personal development, what are some daily practices or habits that you believe are essential for maintaining a proactive and focused mindset?
