How has your understanding of the channeling process evolved over the years?

When I first began channeling, it was a bit like holding a tin can on a string to my ear and I would hope that someone was going to pick up the other end and say something of value.  Now, I work more like a radio, I simply shift my attention, or consciousness, to the station my Guides come through on and allow them to speak until they are done.  All their books are channeled this way, and then the recordings  are transcribed, and the unedited transcriptions of their lectures comprise their books.

What role do The Guides play in your daily life beyond the books and workshops?

The Guides offer me ongoing counsel on not taking actions based in fear and, at times, when it might be beneficial to keep             my mouth shut.  They don’t override free will but may support me in making the higher choice when there is a choice to be made.  They are always somewhat present, but not intrusive.

How can individuals best apply the teachings from your books in their everyday experiences? The teachings are experiential and practical. The Guides have said that they are mentoring the students of their work as they are welcomed.  Their energy is palpable and can be felt by the reader. The Guides often remind us that “the action of fear is to claim more fear” and any choice made in fear will get us more of the same.

Have you ever received messages from The Guides that were particularly difficult to accept or understand?Often.  Very little of what they teach is necessarily convenient, or what I would personally like to hear.  I am known to question the teachings often, and the books they have channeled all contain my interjections, or protests, as I ask for clarification or further explanation on that they are teaching.

How do you see the current state of humanity in relation to the spiritual evolution described in your works? We’re in the thick of it.  They have spoken of the time we are now in for years.  They have said that humanity is at a time of reckoning, and reckoning is a facing of the self and all of one’s creations.  This is happening both personally and globally, in collective ways.

What advice would you give to someone who is skeptical about channeling and spiritual guidance?

An open mind is helpful.  I have some skepticism over some of what is called channeling, which can feel like parroting new-age memes or fear mongering.  Like everything else, one must maintain some discernment. Finally, it’s the integrity and truth of the teaching that must hold merit.

What guidance would you offer to aspiring authors who wish to explore spiritual or channeled writing?

I am a spoken channel.  Some channels do work through writing, just as  many writers tap into the unconscious to source  deeper material.  If someone genuinely desires to channel, one must ask why.  It’s always in service to others, more so than the        channel him or herself. Finally, channeling is a kind of spiritual stenography, and not as exotic as it is often made out to be.
